This product is a TPE handle-specific standalone molding material, specially developed for the standalone injection molding of various handles. Using food-grade SEBS as the core base material, it is refined through precise formula modification. It does not rely on other base materials for overmolding and can be directly molded into complete handles. It combines excellent moldability, flexibility, and durability, addressing the pain points of traditional standalone molding materials such as brittleness, poor feel, and molding difficulties. It is the preferred eco-friendly raw material for standalone molding production of handles for household appliances, tools, fitness equipment, and more.

Core Advantages: Excellent moldability, compatible with standalone injection molding processes, with uniform and stable flow. It can directly form various handle shapes (straight, curved, irregular) in one piece. The molded surface is smooth and flat, free of burrs and sink marks, requiring no secondary finishing, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing processing costs. Hardness can be customized as needed (15A-110A), with a skin-friendly, soft feel. Long-term grip is comfortable and non-fatiguing, with a delicate, non-stiff touch, balancing comfort and support.

Outstanding durability, slip-resistant and wear-resistant. The surface has a fine anti-slip texture that enhances grip friction, preventing slippage. It is also scratch-resistant, impact-resistant, and not prone to breakage, capable of withstanding repeated friction and minor impacts in daily use. Long-term use shows minimal aging, no cracking, and no deformation, with a service life far exceeding that of traditional standalone molding materials.
