•Excellent blow molding performance, stable and efficient processing: Specially optimized blow molding formula with excellent and stable melt fluidity. Melt flow rate (MFR) can reach 2~8g/10min, ensuring uniform plasticization. During blow molding, the melt exhibits good extensibility and is not prone to rupture, resulting in smooth molding without material accumulation or flash. It can easily blow mold thin-walled, irregularly shaped, and large-sized hollow products with high thickness uniformity (deviation ≤0.1mm), effectively reducing common issues such as film breakage, bottom collapse, and neck shrinkage during blow molding, significantly improving product qualification rates and production efficiency, and adapting to continuous blow molding production lines.​

•High toughness and impact resistance, not easily damaged: Features outstanding tensile toughness and impact resistance. Tensile strength can reach 4~10MPa, elongation ≥850%, with excellent impact strength. Products after blow molding are tough and not prone to brittleness, able to withstand slight collisions and compression without damage or deformation. It also has good tear resistance, preventing cracks and damage during use, extending product lifespan, and adapting to various blow molding scenarios requiring impact resistance.​

•Uniform thickness, high molding precision: Excellent melt extensibility and stability allow precise control of product wall thickness during blow molding, ensuring uniform thickness without deviation. Molded products have smooth and flat surfaces, free of burrs, bubbles, and scratches, with precise dimensions (shrinkage rate ≤1.0%). It can meet the needs of various precision blow molding products without requiring subsequent grinding or trimming, reducing production costs.​

•Weather and aging resistance, stable performance: Added specialized anti-UV and anti-aging additives effectively resist aging, embrittlement, and yellowing caused by direct sunlight, high temperature and humidity, and alternating high and low temperatures. It maintains good toughness and appearance even after long-term use (≥2 years), with no significant discoloration or cracking. Temperature resistance ranges from -40°C to 110°C, with no softening or stickiness at high temperatures and no embrittlement or cracking at low temperatures. Suitable for indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring long-term stable performance of blow-molded products.​

•Eco-friendly and odorless, safe for multiple scenarios: Uses an eco-friendly full-formula system, halogen-free, non-toxic, odorless, and without harmful leaching. Strictly controls harmful components such as heavy metals, plasticizers, and VOCs, complying with domestic and international authoritative environmental standards like RoHS 2.0, REACH, and FDA. No irritating odor, suitable for scenarios involving human contact or food contact, such as food packaging, medical accessories, and children's products. No health risks during long-term use, 100% recyclable, aligning with green and eco-friendly production concepts.​

•Strong adaptability, customizable needs: Flexibility to adjust hardness (Shore 30~80A), toughness, melt fluidity, and color.
