Material Characteristics: The A series materials use high-quality imported raw materials; the material hardness ranges from 35A to 95A, featuring environmental friendliness, non-toxicity, safety, and excellent colorability. They are suitable for secondary injection molding, bonding, and overmolding onto polar materials such as ABS, PC/ABS, PP, PC, POM, PMMA, PA6, PA66, etc. The material offers superior chemical resistance, excellent oil resistance, scratch resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, good weather resistance, excellent processing performance, recyclability, smooth and fine texture, no irritation upon skin contact, and outstanding scratch resistance. Its soft resilience enhances grip for anti-slip and shock absorption applications, adding texture to the entire product, highlighting details, and increasing product added value.

Core Advantages​

Strong adhesion without delamination, stable bonding: Specifically optimized ABS-specific adhesion formula forms stable chemical bonds with ABS substrates, with room-temperature peel strength of 5~10N/cm. Minimal adhesion strength degradation across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 110°C, resistant to impact, vibration, and thermal cycling. Effectively addresses common industry pain points such as adhesive failure, edge lifting, and delamination in TPE overmolding on ABS, ensuring tight adhesion between the overmolded layer and ABS substrate, suitable for various high-frequency usage scenarios.​

Wear-resistant and impact-resistant, outstanding durability: Combines the high elasticity of TPE with the high rigidity of ABS, offering excellent surface wear resistance, friction resistance, and scratch resistance. Can withstand long-term compression, impact, and abrasion without easy breakage or cracking; also features excellent impact resistance, no embrittlement in low-temperature environments. The molded product balances soft touch with structural strength, extending product lifespan.​

Environmentally friendly and safe, suitable for multiple scenarios: Uses an environmentally friendly formula system, halogen-free, non-toxic, odorless, and no harmful leaching. Strictly controls harmful components such as heavy metals and plasticizers, complying with authoritative environmental standards like RoHS, REACH, and FDA. Suitable for various high-end applications including home appliances, electronics, toys, and automotive parts. Non-irritating to skin, does not pollute the surrounding environment, no health risks with long-term use, 100% recyclable, aligning with green environmental concepts.​

Easy processing, suitable for large-scale production: Excellent melt flowability and uniform plasticization, enabling overmolding through secondary injection molding or overmolding injection molding without complex pretreatment of ABS substrates (such as sanding or priming). Smooth molding without material accumulation or flash, resulting in flat and smooth product surfaces, no burrs or bubbles, low shrinkage, precise dimensions, eliminating the need for subsequent polishing. Sprue material is recyclable, reducing production costs and significantly improving production efficiency.​

High compatibility, customizable formulations: Flexibility to adjust hardness (Shore 30~85A), elasticity, wear resistance, and color. Customizable in various colors including transparent, translucent, and colored options, with uniform coloring and good stability, resistant to fading and migration. Suitable for different styles and purposes of TPE overmolded ABS product designs; also compatible with various ABS substrates such as standard ABS, flame-retardant ABS, and reinforced ABS. Can be used for standalone overmolding or composite molding, meeting both high-end customization and large-scale production needs. Can replace traditional rubber overmolding materials, addressing issues like rubber odor and poor adhesion.
