Strong adhesion without delamination, suitable for complex underwater conditions: Optimized adhesion formula tailored for fin underwater usage characteristics, forming stable chemical bonding with PP substrate. Room temperature peel strength 4~9N/cm, resistant to seawater immersion, impact, and vibration. Long-term use in seawater or freshwater environments without adhesive failure or edge lifting, completely solving industry pain points of fin overmolding delamination and detachment. Simultaneously matches thermal expansion coefficients of TPE and PP, with minimal bonding strength degradation across a wide temperature range of -50°C to 100°C, suitable for various water temperature scenarios.

Seawater resistant and corrosion resistant, outstanding durability: Added specialized anti-hydrolysis and anti-seawater corrosion additives, capable of long-term resistance to seawater and pool water (chlorine-containing) erosion, without swelling, aging, or cracking. Lightweight adaptation, comfortable wear: Combined with lightweight advantages of PP substrate (PP specific gravity 0.9~0.91g/cm³), finished fins have moderate overall weight, good underwater buoyancy adaptation, avoiding leg fatigue from excessive weight. Meanwhile, TPE overmolding layer feels soft and skin-friendly, conforms to foot contour, comfortable to wear, no chafing or discomfort, enhancing long-term wearing experience.
