Strong adhesion without delamination, excellent overmolding compatibility: Using polar modification technology, SEBS grafted with maleic anhydride modified TPE substrate is selected, which has extremely strong chemical affinity with PC, ABS, PC/ABS and other electronic shell substrates. The peel strength at room temperature can reach 5~10N/cm, achieving a firm bonding effect of "peeling TPE without adhesive residue". It can withstand high and low temperature changes and slight impacts without delamination or detachment, perfectly solving the industry pain points of traditional overmolding materials having weak adhesion and easy edge lifting, and adapting to the long-term use needs of electronic shells. At the same time, it matches the thermal expansion coefficients of the substrate and TPE, with reduced bonding strength decay in environments from -40 to 120°C, outstanding stability, and adaptability to different usage environments of electronic devices.
