Widely used in overmolding for automotive (door handles, gear shift knobs, etc.), electronics and electrical appliances (smart wearables, data cable connectors, etc.), medical devices (surgical instrument handles, etc.), daily necessities (kitchen utensil handles, etc.), and industrial components (gears, sealing rings, etc.).
1. The material can be directly injection molded; to improve gloss, dry at 80℃ for 1~2 hours.
2. Processing parameters: Feed zone 140~150℃, plasticizing zone 160~190℃, injection zone 200~220℃, screw speed 30~80r/min, can be fine-tuned as needed.
3. Store in a dry, cool place; unopened shelf life is 12 months; use promptly after opening.
4. Ensure the nylon substrate is clean during processing; glass fiber reinforced types can be lightly sanded, and use environmentally friendly color masterbatch for coloring.
