Is overmolding TPR in Beijing reliable?
In the elastomer industry, TPE usually refers to a composite functional material obtained by modifying SEBS.
TPE high transparency material has different product properties in different applications. Thermoplastic elastomer is also called TPE material. Transparent TPE not only has the processing properties of thermoplastics but also the physical properties of vulcanized rubber, which is the advantageous combination of the advantages of plastics and rubber. Transparent TPE is widely used in people's daily production and life.
To prevent contamination of TPE raw materials and the presence of old materials or impurities in the screw and attachments, especially materials with poor thermal stability, all parts should be cleaned with screw cleaner before use and after shutdown to ensure no impurities adhere.
