Every industry has its own corresponding standards. As far as the toy industry is concerned, it also has its own special industry standards. In addition, different toy products have different requirements for the physical properties and processing properties of TPR soft rubber.
Advantages of choosing TPE material for toy dolls:
1. Environmental friendliness: Compared with PVC, TPE, TPE and PVC, TPE does not contain phthalate plasticizers, is halogen-free, and does not release harmful substances.
2. Processing characteristics: Fluidity, total TPE fluidity is lower than PVC, TPE, TPR plasticizing molding temperature is higher than PVC.

4. Hardness indication: PVC hardness unit is P (expressed by plasticizer content), TPE hardness unit is A (measured by Shore hardness tester A). P and A are two types of hardness with an approximate conversion relationship.

5. Low temperature resistance: TPE has good low temperature resistance, that is, TPE does not harden at low temperature -40°C, while PVC hardens at -10°C.
