TPR Material
TPR Material

TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) is a polymer material that combines the elasticity of rubber with the characteristics of thermoplastic plastics. It is soft and elastic at room temperature and can melt and flow at high temperatures, allowing for rapid, recyclable injection molding similar to plastics. TPR is typically made by blending rubber and resin, offering a comfortable feel, non-toxic and environmentally friendly properties. It is widely used in footwear materials, tool overmolding, toys, and daily necessities.

TPV Material
TPV Material

TPV, or thermoplastic vulcanizate, is a high-performance elastomer prepared through dynamic vulcanization. It uniformly disperses ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber within a polypropylene (PP) matrix, combining the high elasticity of rubber with the easy processability of thermoplastic plastics. TPV exhibits excellent weather resistance, oil resistance, and fatigue resistance, with low compression set, and is 100% recyclable. It is widely used in demanding applications such as automotive sealing strips, weather-resistant components, construction seals, and industrial hoses.

TPV-SiR Material
TPV-SiR Material

TPV-SiR, or Thermoplastic Silicone Vulcanizate, is a high-performance elastomer prepared through dynamic vulcanization technology, with silicone rubber (SiR) as the rubber phase and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) or similar as the plastic phase. It combines the soft touch, high and low temperature resistance, and biocompatibility of silicone rubber with the easy processing and recyclability of thermoplastics. Due to its excellent mechanical properties and skin-friendly feel, TPV-SiR is widely used in demanding fields such as wearable devices and automotive components.

TPU Material
TPU Material

TPU, or thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, is a block copolymer formed by the reaction of diisocyanate and polyol. Its molecular structure consists of soft and hard segments, endowing it with excellent mechanical properties. TPU features extremely high wear resistance, outstanding tensile strength, good resistance to oil and chemicals, and a wide range of adjustable hardness. It maintains flexibility at low temperatures while withstanding high-temperature processing. As an environmentally friendly material, TPU is recyclable and widely used in footwear materials, clothing accessories, cable sheaths, automotive components, and medical equipment.

TPEE Material
TPEE Material

TPEE, or Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer, is a block copolymer composed of polyester hard segments and polyether soft segments. It combines the elasticity of rubber with the strength of engineering plastics, with core characteristics including excellent resilience and fatigue resistance, along with outstanding performance in heat resistance, chemical resistance, and mechanical properties. TPEE is often used as a modifier for various plastics and rubbers, and it is widely applied in automotive components, hydraulic hoses, industrial gears, sports equipment, and other fields requiring high dynamic performance.

Since 2008
The market outlook for the industry applications we are expanding into is very broad
The fields involved include: consumer electronics, daily necessities, household appliances, toys and plush dolls, sports equipment, adult products, automotive parts, two-color injection molding, and more
Consumer Electronics
In the field of consumer electronics, various thermoplastic elastomers each have their own roles. TPU, with its excellent wear resistance and mechanical strength, is commonly used in phone cases and smartwatch bands. TPE and TPR, with their soft touch and easy coloration, are widely applied to headphone cables and device grips. TPV, with outstanding aging resistance, is often used for sealing precision components. Skin-friendly and stain-resistant TPV-SiR is becoming an ideal choice for wearable device housings. TPEE, due to its high resilience, is commonly used in internal antennas and thin-walled structural parts.
