Is Beijing two-color injection TPR cheap?

Transparent TPE materials have different product properties in different applications. Thermoplastic elastomer is also called TPE material. Transparent TPE not only has the processing properties of thermoplastic plastics, but also has the physical properties of vulcanized rubber. This is the so-called advantageous combination of plastic and rubber. Transparent TPE is widely used in people's daily life and production.

TPE elastomer soft rubber has excellent comprehensive properties and is the most commonly used soft rubber material for secondary injection molding, insert molding, and two-color injection molding.

PP coating is a plastic with very weak polarity, which is very close to the polarity of TPE with SEBS base.

Since any impurity in the TPE material may affect the transparency of the product, attention must be paid to sealing during storage, transportation, and feeding to ensure the cleanliness of TPE raw materials. Especially if the TPE raw material contains moisture, heating will cause the raw material to deteriorate, so it must be dried. During injection molding, a drying hopper must be used for feeding.

To prevent contamination of TPE raw materials and the presence of old materials or impurities in the screw and attachment depressions, especially materials with poor thermal stability, the parts should be cleaned with a screw cleaner before use and after shutdown to ensure that they do not adhere impurities.

There must be no defects such as streaks, air bubbles, whitening, halos, black spots, discoloration, poor gloss, etc. Therefore, during the entire injection molding process, strict and even special requirements must be placed on TPE raw materials, equipment, molds, and even product design.
