Discussion on Three Major Problems of Self-Adhesive Properties of TPE and TPR Materials

1. Self-adhesion of TPE material: refers to the strong adhesion on the surface of TPE material, similar to a surface coated with glue. This strongly self-adhesive TPE material can be used to stick daily items and prevent them from falling or tipping over. Similar TPE materials have been developed and patented by a foreign TPE manufacturer. In fact, in traditional TPE compounding systems, the surface viscosity of TPE materials can be improved by adding tackifiers compatible with the main compounding system. This stickiness is positive and is required and desired by users.
