Before first use of a new injection molding machine, or when changing products, raw materials, discoloration, or decomposing plastics during production, the injection molding machine cylinder must be cleaned or disassembled.
The cleaning machine's cylinder is generally used to clean the barrel. Cleaning materials typically use plastic raw materials (or recycled plastic materials). For thermoplastic elastomer materials, new processing materials can be used instead of transitional cleaning materials.
