1. From the material perspective:

1. Reduce the oil filling degree of the material;

2. Increase the filler percentage of the material;

3. Find suitable polypropylene and other plastic continuous phases.

2. From the TPE injection molding process:

1. Reduce the injection temperature;

2. Reduce the mold cooling temperature;

3. Increase the injection pressure;

4. After demolding, place the product directly in cooling water.
